ADHD doesn't stop at the bedroom door. It can shape how we experience desire, intimacy, connection, stimulation, boundaries and our own bodies. Sometimes in challenging or confusing ways, sometimes in ways that feel intense, exciting or deeply enriching.

And yet, there are surprisingly few spaces where we can talk openly about the intersection of ADHD and sexuality without judgement, expectations or assumptions about what intimacy and sexuality are supposed to look like.
